1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the hygienic nature of our products (lashes, lash gel, and application tools), all sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • A clear photo of the product(s) in question

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit/refund for the affected item(s).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for items deemed defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your returned items reach us safely.
