Lash  Extensions Booking Policy

Booking Fee
-A non-refundable  £20 + £1 booking fee  is required upon booking
-Paying a booking fee means that you agree to the policies
-A minimum of 72h notice must be given to reschedule or cancel your appointment
-If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit
- If you wish to reschedule, your deposit can be used toward a new appointment date within a one-month period.

-You only allowed to reschedule once.

 

Lash Conditions

- Please ensure you have not had a lash lift within 4–5 weeks prior to your appointment.

- My lash styles work best on naturally straight lashes. Curly lashes can cause stickies, which may affect lash health.

- If you arrive with curly lashes, I won’t be able to provide your service, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Lash Set Change Notice

If you wish to change your selected set, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.
If you’ve booked a Wispy or Anime Set, your appointment is reserved for a 2-hour slot. If you decide to switch to another set on the day of your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full price for the Wispy/Anime Set, as that time has been reserved for you.

 

​​​Patch test

The patch test is purely for insurance and safety purposes.

If you choose to proceed without it, that’s entirely your decision, but please note that you’ll be

fully responsible for any reactions or issues that may arise. If you need a patch test, please DM me on Instagram.

Infills
- No foreign infills
-Infills are recommended within 20days after the full set; later than 20 days is a fresh set
- Infill price only applies when there are 40% or more extensions remaining in healthy condition after being cleaned and assessed.
-If you have less than 40% remaining, you will be charged as a full set price

Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

-If you're late for 10minutes to your appointment, there will be a £5 fee for lateness

- If you are late 15minutes or more, it will result in your appointment being cancelled. The booking fee is forfeited.
