Training Course Policy
Thank you for choosing to train with us! Please read the following policy carefully before booking. By enrolling in our lash training course, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of £ 100 is required to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of training, by cash or bank transfer only.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you need to reschedule, at least 14 days’ notice is required, and your deposit may be transferred once to a new date.
3. Refund Policy
• Training fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
• No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction if the advertised training was delivered.
4. Attendance & Punctuality
• Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important content.
• Some training sessions may require you to bring a live model; notice will be given in advance.
5. Certification
• A certificate of completion will be awarded once you have demonstrated the required skills and competency.
6. Health & Safety
• Students are expected to follow all hygiene and safety protocols during training.
• We reserve the right to remove any student who behaves inappropriately or creates unsafe conditions, without refund.
7. Training Materials
• Your course fee includes a starter kit.
• Any replacement or additional supplies will be at the student’s expense.
8. Photography & Marketing
• Photos and videos may be taken during training for educational and marketing purposes.
• By enrolling, you consent to the use of these images unless you request otherwise in writing before the course.

By booking a lash training course with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
